Our Policies
As a part of your updated online booking policy, we now require a valid credit card to secure all appointments. Specifically, for Saturday appointments, this card will serve as a placeholder and will only be changed in the event of a no show. For full details on this policy please read our Late Policy section.
At Selfie Dog Wash we offer a 10 minute grace period for all of our appointments, after those 10 minutes the appointment will be lost and the customer will be considered a walk in. At Selfie we do not guarantee that our Walk In’s will get a tub. For No-Show’s, the card on file will be charged the amount of the service booked and the no show will appear on your file permanently.
Here at Selfie Dog Wash we strive to give our customers the utmost service. Your dog(s) safety is our number one priority and we take every measure to make sure that your dog(s) stay safe. We require all dogs to have on our store provided leash at all times, both inside and outside of the tub. By booking with us you acknowledge that Selfie Dog Wash is not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or medical issues that may occur. It is the owner’s full responsibility to disclose any known allergies, sensitivities, medical conditions, or behavioral concerns prior to the appointment.

This place is AMAZING. The owner, Kristin, is so nice and helpful & makes me feel right at home. My dog actually loves her so much and he’s always very happy to see her. The place is so cute, and always very clean. The tubs we wash the dogs in are great and don’t hurt my back like using the bathtub at home. They have a cute little photo area for the dogs too. I love this place and so does my dog!!!
When I tell you this place feels like home! I’ve been bringing my dog Mac there for almost 6 months now and every visit is great. Kirstin is always assisting me when washing and drying my dog at the selfie wash station. I don’t even ask, she just comes and helps. After I had my baby I didn’t have time to wash my dog like I use too, so I inquired about their grooming section, best thing I could’ve done! My doodles summer cut turned out so good! I can’t say enough about this place! I will forever be a customer at this amazing establishment!
Great experience, the owner Kristin was extremely nice and helpful. This definitely beats washing my standard poodle and Goldendoodle at home. Coming here saves me from straining my back like I would at home. The blow dryers are powerful, they did wonders for my dogs that I brought in. There are towels, aprons, brushes, shampoo, and smell good spray that you can use when you go in which I really liked. Kristin even gave my pups some treats which was awesome. I will definitely be coming back!
A great experience! The help I received I am very grateful for, I recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wants to make sure their puppy dog has a nice and comfortable experience when getting a bath. They were super patient when it came to blow-drying my puppy since he's new to the feeling and still getting used to it. We left with my baby smelling like blueberries and softer than cotton!
This was my first time here! From raving Google and Yelp reviews, I had to stop by! I made an appointment online, super easy and user friendly. Upon arrival, I was greeted by the owner who assisted me on getting my dog set up for possibly the best bath of her life! The owner is professional, friendly, and easy going. Shampoo/conditioner, blow drying, brush, drying towels, and scented sprays are all included. It was super therapeutic to wash my dog all while listening to music in the background. I'd be back for sure, since I live close by. Such a pleasant experience - 10/10 highly recommend.
I'm from out of town. My Sister brings her 3 dogs to get groomed and the schnauzer comes out looking perfect and the dogs are happy. I wasn't able to get an appointment same day and we needed a wash for a standard Bernedoodle. I gave them a call, they were really sweet and sharing timing. I dropped in. They were professional, sweet, and they had all of the tools I might need. Their bathtubs saved my back and their turbo dryer in the back saved me for time. I will definitely come back again when I'm in town and I will likely try and book an appointment before I head this way just to be sure. Thanks for not rushing me on that dryer ladies, it makes life so much easier.
Went to get my senior beast a quick bath before company comes! This place is fantastic, hydraulic tub with a sliding door so my girl doesn't have to struggle to get in and out. They provided everything I needed to clean her up: shampoo, conditioner ( if you need it), scrubbers , towels and dryers to get her dry. The best part was leaving ALL the mess there!! Thanks so much Selfie Dog Wash!! Emma and I will definitely be back!!
